The Portsmouth Northsea Age Group Swimmers should be proud after a tremendous weekend of swimming. With Megan Owen qualifing for her 1500m Free National time with a strong swim start to finish. Also Georgia Churchill-Wright fought hard for her first National Qualifing time in the 1500m Free. Again the dominance in the distance events with Will Stanhope qualifing for his 800m Free National time.

Some excellent swims from the younger swimmers with James Millar getting his 400m IM, 200m BRS and 100m BRS National Times over the two weekends. From three new members of the Junior National Squad were Jack King, Mazie Watson and Elizabeth Rose all medalling at the meet.

The top swimmers of the SERs were Kelly Small who had an exceptional meet by adding to her list of National Qualifing times, the 200m Free. The overall  Top swimmer for the Age Group Coach, Richard Pointon was Oliver Kincart who smashed three Scottish Age Group Records and qualified for every event for Nationals this year!

To sum up the weekend there were some excellent PB’s made by a number of great swimmers. Well done to you all!

Kelly Small achieved two more National qualifing times and knocked off 20 seconds from her 1500 m Free PB, and is currently in 2nd place in the girls 11years BAGCAT results. Helen St John-Mosse made a good PB in the 200 Fly also Georgia Churchill-Wright gained a massive PB in the 800 Free.
